Terms & Conditions of Service

  1. Access to your container will be between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 (Monday to Saturday) & 09:00 and 18:00 (Sunday and Bank Holiday's). Access outside of these hours can be arranged under extreme circumstances, giving us at least 24 hours notice. We do however reserve the right to refuse access outside of our standard operating hours.
  2. You (the hirer) are responsible to ensure that your container is secured with its own padlock at all times. You are welcome to provide your own padlock, alternatively a padlock can be provided by us for an additional fee.
  3. You (the hirer) are responsible to ensure that the main gate is locked when exiting the facility. Failure to do this will result in immediate termination of your contract with us.
  4. Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd require at least seven days notice to end any hire.
  5. Your container(s) should be left in the same condition as you found it at the beginning of your hire. Any and all damage must be paid for at the end of your hire period.
  6. You must notify Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd immediately of any damage or unauthorised intrusion to your container(s).
  7. Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd do not guarantee the container(s) fitness for your specific storage requirements.
  8. You (the hirer) are responsible to ensure that adequate insurance is in place to cover the value of the contents of any container.
  9. You (the hirer) are the only one permitted to exercise these storage rights on these terms.
  10. Under no circumstances are Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd responsible for any damage or loss incurred to goods or property stored in your container(s). This extends to any loss of business, financial gain, or anything else resulting from the damage of goods or property stored in your container(s).
  11. No explosives, dangerous chemicals, inflammable items, or anything of an illegal nature may be stored in your container(s). You (the hirer) agree to indemnify Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd against anything found in your unit should the Police, Customs & Excise, or any other official entity wish to search your container(s).
  12. Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd reserve the right to terminate any hire with immediate effect for any breach of these terms, and collect any debts outstanding on your account.
  13. If payment is not made by the due date we will change the access codes and will fit our own security lock on your container(s). This will under no circumstances be released until full payment has been made. If payment remains outstanding for a period of 21 days or more, we reserve the right to break your locks and subject all goods and property inside the container(s) to a general lien, and we will sell the contents of the storage container(s) in order to recover any outstanding fees due.
  14. Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd reserve the right to alter pricing for containers, compound areas, or any other goods or services offered at any time. We will always give you 28 days notice of any pricing changes.
  15. Station Storage (Lincs) Ltd reserve the right to alter, ammend, or make any other changes to these terms at any point.
